Refund and Return policy
At Hypweb Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services, including website development, custom software development, and mobile application development. Due to the nature of our services, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has commenced.
However, in special cases, we may consider a refund. Once the refund is approved, the refunded amount would be processed and creadited to the original mode of payment within 14 working days under the following circumstances
Duplicate Payment: In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical error or oversight, we will refund the excess amount.
Please note that all refund requests must be made in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our discretion.
